All have executive level experience in hospital management, recruiting and facility start-ups with a concentration in development services. Over the years, our team have created alliances and retained relationships with major health care providers, allowing our firm the ability to provide immediate and long-term progressive operational strategies and initiatives. 


Anieze Watkins, CEO: 

Nineteen years of direct  healthcare consulting with both short-term and long-term acute care operations. Experience that  includes patient care , hospital management, business development, recruiting, compliance implementations, CMS, and DHH regulatory guidelines. Direct consulting services to Doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals (In-Patient and Out-Patient Rehabilitation); Assisted Living Centers, and small emerging healthcare companies. 


Turn-key management by way of feasibility studies, providing a long-term strategic plan that has a proven direct impact as it relates to growth potential and risk management. Identifying immediate issues by conducting Mock Survey, in-turn, creating long-term solutions, writing and implementation of a Correction Plan, restructuring of debt associated with CMS and Government Reimbursement Cost. Financial Assessments related to State and Government funding and allocation of such funds. Negotiations and Purchase Assessment for 2 healthcare facilities in Louisiana in excess of $11MM (Private and HUD backed facilities/TPA Process)


Senior leadership in a 501C3 organization, focusing on Economic Development for the specific region. Assisted with securing 2 rounds of funding for the programs and future services to be offered.  Created a Strategic Plan to enhance the services offered through its program, in addition to, formed a Joint Venture Partnership with a larger healthcare facility to offset the direct cost for similar services, which decreased its deficit by 12% in year 1.

Healthcare Administrator who holds over 10 years in Nursing Home and Hospital Operations .Previous interim CEO for Out-Patient Rehabilitation Facility and LTACH Hospital. 


Executive Management 2-
CPA with 12 years in the healthcare industry providing auditing, day to day financial management to hospitals, nursing homes and government based facilities. Retired IRS Agent with extensive background as an Auditor for several healthcare facilities and private firms in Louisiana and Texas.


Executive Management 3-
Retired Compliance Auditor (Registered Nurse) with 20 years’ experience as a Surveyor for hospitals and assisted living centers. Direct consultant for DHH (regional offices), retired Army Sargent with extensive knowledge of guidelines in utilization review and case management for Veteran Affairs.
